Where are you located?
Inside the Oasis Shopping Centre, Broadbeach — right in the heart of the Gold Coast. Head up to level one, next to Cotton On, to find us. Bringing a car? The Oasis offers up to 3 hours free undercover parking. Travelling by tram? The closest station is Broadbeach North, then a short stroll of around 200m to reach us. Travelling by bus? Connect with the Translink app to search your best route.

How long does each game last?
Each escape room experience runs for 60 minutes, plus a short briefing and debriefing.

Am I really locked in?
No. For safety reasons, the exit door is never truly locked, and you can leave the room at any time during the game if needed. The escape aspect of escape rooms is a description used purely for the immersive experience.

Are the rooms safe?
Yes. All rooms are monitored by staff, and you can exit at any time.

Is it wheelchair accessible?
Some of our spaces are accessible, although not all puzzles or areas can be reached with mobility aids. If accessibility is important for your group, please contact us before booking so we can recommend the best room and setup for you.

Do I need special skills?
No prior knowledge is required — puzzles are solved through teamwork, logic, and creativity.

What if we get stuck?
Our game masters monitor your progress and can provide hints if needed.

Are your rooms scary?
Our rooms range in thrill level and difficulty. Please see the individual room descriptions for further information or contact us to chat with a member of our friendly team.

What happens if we don’t escape in time?
If the timer runs out, the game master will come in and debrief your group, explaining any unsolved puzzles and allowing time for photos. We promise there will be no humiliation but your bragging rights and ego may be diminished!

Do I need to book in advance?
We encourage use of our online booking platform, however walk-ins are welcome subject to availability and we will accommodate whenever we can.

How many people can play?
Group sizes typically range from 2 to 6 players. The optimal size is often considered to be around 4 players for the best experience.

Will we be playing with strangers?
No. We offer private bookings only so you will only ever be playing a room with members from your group.

How long should we allow for the whole experience?
The escape room session runs for up to 60 minutes. We recommend allowing 90 minutes in total for arrival, briefing, gameplay, celebration (or commiseration), and photos.

Do you have age requirements?
Our age requirements for each individual room vary. We do have an overarching age rule that rooms with players of 14 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult. Please note: In the case of only two players, one adult player and one 14 and under player, our two adult minimum rule cost will apply.

How hard are your escape rooms?
Each room has varying degrees of difficulty (that can be found on each room description) however a game master is appointed to every room that is played and they are always available to give you a helping hand. We have no rules about the maximum number of hints that can be given for a room.

Can children participate?
Absolutely! Most of our rooms are family-friendly, though children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Please note that certain rooms have more specific age restrictions. Please check each individual room description prior to booking and contact our staff for any questions.

How much does it cost to play?
2 players (minimum booking): $52 per adult (15+)
Groups of 3+ adult players: $47 per person
Children ages 5–14 yrs: $45 per person

Do you accept Companion Cards?
Yes — we proudly support the Queensland Companion Card program. Cardholders receive one complimentary ticket for their support person when booking. Please note, minimum booking of two adult tickets per game is still applicable.

No — all bookings are non‑refundable.

Yes — bookings can be rescheduled up to 4 hours prior to your session start time, subject to availability.

What if I arrive late or don’t show up?
Late arrivals may result in reduced game time. No‑shows cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
